		<description>As an indoor tanning studio owner for the past 22 years and a pioneer in this industry I am appalled at the arrogance of those who want to tax a narrow band of the solar spectrum.  Why not X-rays, and gamma rays there has to be money in those wave lenghts too.

Is the agenda to tax mom and pop out of business and force them to go to work for the man?  I never used to think in that vein, but how can one survive if all of your profits are diverted to taxes?

Say goodbye to very small business in our once great country if legislators eliminate the middle class in their quest to socialize us for our own good!</description>
