Florida Tax Amnesty – Deadline 9/30/10
Beginning on July 1st and running through September 30, 2010, the state of Florida is granting amnesty to delinquent taxpayers.
Generally, as long as you or your business is not currently under criminal investigation, you can apply for amnesty and reduce your penalties, limit your interest and avoid criminal prosecution.
This is a unique opportunity and delinquent taxpayers are urged to take advantage of it.

Humor and drama certainly have a role to play in staying level-headed about taxes.
Given your interest in drama and comic relief (as well as Shakespeare in particular), here’s a Tax Court opinion you might enjoy.

I’ve never seen another Tax Court opinion written in such a style.
