Finger flippers rank right up there with people that hang up the phone on others, spit on the sidewalk and don't slow down at crosswalks (just a short list of social violations seen daily, I am afraid). These are angry people that feel the rules of society do not apply to them. Perhaps it is time to add to the next president's cabinet, a Secretary of Social Graces. Having manners and not being afraid to use them never hurt anyone and may just help the IRS bring in taxes that should be rightfully paid. Oh where has civility gone?
